Tonic digestive Aperitif made of mountain herbs. Liquor produced on a recipe of the 1961 in occasion of the anniversary of the centenarian of Italy’s unification by Maria and Aldo Cerutti , liquor makers in Canelli.
It's taken and proposed again by their sons, co-owners of the Punto Bere srl.
Ingredients:
Water, Sugar, Alcohol, Plants and roots extracts, Natural flavor, Colouring, Caramelised Sugar.
It can be eaten with ice at temperatures between 0 ° C and 5 ° C. Some restaurant owners are placing it in the freezer and serve it directly, getting a great result!
